Terms and Conditions for Tūpuna Healing Aotearoa

By booking and participating in services provided by Tūpuna Healing Aotearoa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Healing Process

• Your healing journey is uniquely yours, and I am here to support and walk alongside you through this process.

• All guidance provided during your sessions is intuitive and inspired by your tūpuna (ancestral spirits).

Disclaimer

• The information and guidance provided during sessions are intended to support your healing journey. However, it is important to note that these are not medical services. While we strive to provide helpful insights, they do not guarantee any specific outcome or change.

• It is important you know that each session does make shifts in wairua, hinengaro, tinana and this will often keep happening for a few weeks after.

• In the following hours, days even weeks it is normal to have feelings of sadness, angry, grieving, relief, feeling lighter, joyful, loved… This is usually due to the nature of the information shown up in your session.

• Some people have found themselves having physical symptoms after a session these may include things like, itchiness, body aches, headaches, purging. All of these things mean something and is important to share with the healer. These are short term side effects and are the bodies way of releasing the deeper blockages that have been moved.

Personal Responsibility

• You are your own healer. The services provided by Tūpuna Healing Aotearoa are intended as guidance and support. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own healing journey.

• If you choose not to make any suggested changes, you may find yourself feeling stuck in your current situation.

• After a session it is recommended that you do have a glass of water and kai/food. It is also very important you keep drinking lots of water over the next few days or weeks as advice. The drinking of water allows the tinana to keep flushing out the toxins stored up.

• Sometimes you may be advised to see other professionals to further support your healing. If you chose not to take this advice and your health gets worse Tūpuna Healing Aotearoa and their staff are not responsible for you decision.

Cancellations

• All payments made for services are non-refundable. We encourage you to consider your commitment before booking an appointment.

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to receive a new appointment date with no extra cost.

• Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full charge of the appointment.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Tūpuna Healing Aotearoa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Once you arrive and lay on the table or ground you are giving consent for this healing session to go forth.
